Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Auntie Jodi's Baking Co. for your sweet cravings! We want to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible while keeping shipping costs low.

We strive to ship all orders within 2-3 days of the order date, and in most cases, we are able to ship the same day. However, in some circumstances, such as during busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

To keep shipping costs affordable for our customers, we charge:
- New Zealand: flat rate of $8 shipping across the country, free shipping for orders totalling over $50.
- Australia: flat rate of $24 shipping across the country, free shipping for orders totalling over $100.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay local import taxes and duties when purchasing from outside of New Zealand. 

Please note once an order is with the postal service, it is out of our control. We have no control over the delivery route or date, tracking the order with the link is the best way to stay up to date. 

If you did not add your email to the order at checkout and didn't receive a link, please get in contact with us and we can forward it to you.
