This kit will make one loaf
Ingredients:
Flour, sugar, dried pumpkin, salt, baking soda, baking powder, organic spices (cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg).

1. Add the bag (558g) of pre-made mix in a bowl, then add the boiling water. 2. Beat the loaf mix, using an electric mixer if needed, until water is evaporated into the mix. 3. Mix in the eggs and soft butter until smooth consistency. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tray. Bake at 165°c-180°c (depending on oven) for 30 - 45 minutes, or until poked with a knife that comes out clean. Baking times may vary if using other tray types. |

This is absolutely delicious. Easy to make, not too sweet. I heated some up at work and had to fend off multiple coworkers who came into the kitchen hopeful for a bite after the smell hit them.
I would recommend making with butter instesd of oil. I have done both and the one made with oil was a bit too soft and crumbly for me.
As someone who doesn’t like pumpkin this slice is so delicious. I love this and plan on buying more in the future. All the spices are so present and it’s the perfect amount of sweetness. So yum five stars!
