1. Add 1 & 1/4 cup (232g) of pre-made mix in a bowl, then add the boiling water. 2. Beat the pie mix, using an electric mixer if needed, until smooth consistency. 3. Mix in the eggs and evaporated milk. 4. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 165°c - 180°c (depending on oven) for 45 minutes, or until poked with a knife that comes out clean. |
